Product: Charm Bracelet
Company: Fitness Franchise
Goal: To increase the number of customers exercising consistently the Franchisor started
a program entitled “3x a Charm”. Franchisees were encouraged to download posters
describing the program.
Account: Each participating client is given a Tracking Card which gets initialed by the
franchisee after a workout is completed. At the end of each week there is a drawing for
participants. Each week that eligible members fulfilled their requirements, they were
eligible for a small prize. At the end of the six weeks, those who completed the program
successfully became eligible to win the grand prize, our custom charm bracelet.
Product:The custom charm bracelet was made complete with eight charms and colored
beading. One charm featured the company name; the others signified different stages of
the individual’s personal participation program. The Bracelet is the grand Prize for
completing the 6 week program.
Result: The program has received an excellent commitment response from franchisees
since its recent rollout. Consumption rate is ahead of schedule and, most important,
members are doing their workouts in hopes of getting rewards.

the Company’s life span. Even the color beads on the bracelet can be changed to reflect

Time Zone® Patented Divot Tool/Ball Marker Golf Watch

Product: TZCO-DTBM Carabiner Clip Watch
Company: Freight Company
Goal: To provide an upscale gift for clientele.
Account: The Company sponsored a golf tournament. Representatives for the company
were present to answer business questions throughout the event.
Individuals were placed into groups of four with each receiving the carabiner clip watch.
Product: The carabiner clip watch comes complete with a divot tool and ball marker in
addition to a bottle opener. The design is patented by our own Christopher Smith who
personally created the watch. For personalization purposes the company’s name is
printed on the dial face. Dial and number colors can also be selected to fit a company’s
specifications.
Result: The tournament was a huge success for the Company. The watch was a real
crowd pleaser and the talk of the day. It tied in perfectly with the theme of the event and
is still being talked about.
Time Zone Recommendation: The carabiner clip watch is a gift of practical use for any
golf related event or promotion. Its unisex design makes it practical for both male and
female golf enthusiasts.

TimeZone® Custom Entrapment

Product: Desktop Entrapment
Company: Professional Sports Team
Goal: To reward season ticket holders and build continuing loyalty with the team.
Account: At one of the games, each season ticket holder was presented with our acrylic
ticket entrapment. Primarily, the gift was used as a token of appreciation for each holder and
their enthusiasm for the team.
Product: The ticket entrapment is a custom made three-piece acrylic rectangle. The
Company’s logo and the team name were laser etched onto the middle piece. This
middle piece was specifically laser cut so a special commemorative ticket from the game
would fit perfectly inside.
Result: Ticket holders loved the plaque. They felt valued by the team and that their
contributions actually meant something. No one expected a gift, and, more importantly,
it was perceived as an expensive piece of team memorabilia.
In essence, they felt like a part of the team themselves.
Time Zone Recommendation: This is the perfect gift for highlighting many things
in addition to sports tickets.
Notes of appreciation, items that cannot be embedded, and shaped items are just a few
suggestions that turn a simple entrapment into a collector’s item.

TimeZone® Custom Acrylic Key

Product: Custom Keychain
Company: Hotel Franchise
Goal: The goal was to promote business and show appreciation for valued clients.
Account: Preferred customers were each sent an oversized acrylic key with key ring via
mail and a letter describing what the significance of the keychain. In the letter, they were
told their business was valued and appreciated. Moreover, if they presented the keychain
to the desk clerk when they came for their next stay, one night of their visit would be free
of charge.
Product: The product was a custom made acrylic keychain with a split ring. The acrylic
product was cut in the shape of an oversized key with metal split ring. The hotel’s name
was screened onto the acrylic.
Result: According to hotel personnel, the result was overwhelmingly positive. Initially,
a smaller property used several hundred keys and early on it was obvious that many
customers checked in with the keys. The gift made them feel that their business was
appreciated. Subsequently, the hotel chain repeated the offer with a larger property due
to the initial success.
Time Zone Recommendation: This item can be shaped in a variety of ways. Besides
hotel franchises, storage centers, locker rentals could use the keychain in a way that is
similar to the hotel.

TimeZone® Achiever’s Pin Plaque

Product: Recognition Desk Plaque
Company: Financial Company
Goal: The client wanted to create a cost effective peer-to-peer form of recognition. The
Company wanted the plaque to be large enough for everyone to see but small enough to
fit on a desktop.
Account: The manager of the company’s work environment team sought an item to boost
peer recognition. She wanted the item to have an abundance of holes so it could be filled
with “salute” pins. The purpose of each pin is to recognize meritorious work when an
employee goes the extra mile. Upon receiving a pin the recipient would also be given a
certificate of achievement. According to the manager. “It’s an inexpensive way to say
thank you”
Product: The product chosen was a Time Zone® mission statement acrylic plaque. The
plaque was designed with multiple hole insertions around the perimeter to allow space for
achievement markers. Specific variables of the plaque, color, shape and hole layout, are
changeable to suit a company’s specific needs.
Result: The Company spent over a year evaluating various suggestions from multiple
vendors. Finally, one vendor offered the manager the perfect solution: “a decorative
piece of acrylic with lots of holes”. Now, over two years into the program, there have
been reorders upon reorders due to the plaque’s high level of participation and usage.
The manager is thrilled with the result, and she fully expects the plaque to remain
implemented in the program in the foreseeable future.

Goal: The goal was to improve customer service perception. When speaking with people
on the phone, attitudes are also transmitted. By remembering to smile, customers can
hear that smile, even over the telephone. Ultimately, this is the message the Company
wanted their sales representatives to convey to their customers.
Account: The Corporation issued the smiley face mirrors to their customer service
representatives. These representatives were responsible for fielding up to three hundred
calls a day. They dealt with concerned and often irritated people and their inquiries about
their financial accounts.
Product: This Company chose the five-inch Time Zone easel mirror. Specifically, the
mirror featured the smiley face, a text message and the Company’s Logo.
Result: TAccording to recorded conversations, employee morale increased immeasurably.
Customer service representatives were generally more pleasant. When speaking with
people on the phone, attitudes are also transmitted. Furthermore, accounts with irritated
customers were dealt with in a less stressful manner for the employee.
Time Zone Recommendation: The smiley face mirror is perfect for any customer
service application. It emanates a positive feeling, and sends a message of gratitude and
appreciation for a job well done. Moreover, smiley mirrors are an excellent form of selfpromotion

TimeZone® Cover Picture Frame

Company: Magazine Publisher
Goal: Increase Traffic at a Trade Show
Account: Promotional Consultant suggested using their
own magazine covers as picture frames. Left open was the
cover photograph area. Each visitor to their booth was
then digitally photographed and the photo was given in the
frame minutes later after they visited the booth. Visitors
could choose from 3 of the company’s most popular
magazines.
Product: The Company chose an 8x10 inch easel frame,
the exact size of their magazine cover. Time Zone
replicated the cover on the inside surface so that each
recipient became “Person of the Yr”, “Most Valuable
Player”, etc.
Result: The booth was swamped. 1000 frames were not
enough. Between the crowd lining up for photos and the
people carrying their photo in frames, the company more
than doubled their target number of visitors.
Time Zone Recommendation: Using a client photo in
conjunction with any positive theme about your company
can build a strong bond. The more interesting, the better
the response will be, especially when used at a trade show.
Photo size can be any from small wallet size up to the
8x10 mentioned above.
